It is well known that the decisions and actions of a city council, county commission, or school board can dramatically affect the ability of the housing industry to continue building homes for our community. It is the ability to maintain a strong pace of construction that also spurs the business of our trade contractors and suppliers. Simply put, if builders aren't building, then tradesmen aren't working, and salesmen aren't selling!
The LNHBA is your full-time advocate protecting your business. The primary function of the Lake Norman Home Builders Association is to ensure that the housing construction market remains strong in the Lake Norman region. Join now!
So, whether you are a builder, a sub-contractor, supplier, or other industry related professional, ask yourself, "Is this an association I can afford NOT to support?" Take a moment to explore the benefits and priviledges you can enjoy as a LNHBA member.
Who Can Join?
There are three types of membership:
- Builder/Developer Membership: Open to any person or business whose principal business is residential, commercial or industrial construction.
New Member - $450; Renewing Members - $425 annually. Join now!
- Associate Membership: Open to any person or business whose principal business is industry related, but is not a builder or developer.
New Member - $450; Renewing Members - $425 annually. Join now!
- Affiliate Membership: Open to individual who is not the primary contact and whose company is a LNHBA member in good standing.
Affiliate Membership Fee: $100 annually. Become an Affiliate!
