All other sections of the Entry Form and your complete project submission are due in the LNHBA office by 3:00 pm on October 7, 2011.

| Mark your calendar for November 4, 2011 to attend the 2011 Best of the Lake Design Comeptition Awards Banquet at Verdict Ridge Golf & Country Club in Denver, NC where the winners will be announced! Each entry submitted will receive one ticket to the awards banquet. |
