2008 Best of the Lake Design Competition

The Best of the Lake Design Competition is an annual competition that allows designers, builders and trade craftsmen to showcase their talents and projects.
The competition consists of multiple categories ranging from custom contracted new home; custom speculative new home; and renovation of existing home. This year we have added three new categories, Outdoor Living; Green Building; and Community Amenities. Judging for this highly coveted competition consists of a panel of business and industry leaders who judge the entries by reviewing and considering design and construction challenges and accomplishments.
Winners of the design competition have enjoyed the benefit of being featured in Charlotte are print publications including the Lake Magazine, Housetrends, Today's Custom Home and the Charlotte Observer. We look forward to presenting your amazing work at this year's awards dinner in November. Click here to download a 2008 entry packet.
The 2007 winners were announced on November 17, 2007 at the Best of the Lake Awards Banquet at the Birkdale Golf Club in Huntersville, NC.
