Winners of this years competition will have the benefit of being featured in Lake Norman Currents magazine.

The Best of the Lake Design Competition is an annual competition that allows designers, builders and
trade craftsmen to showcase their talents and projects. 

The competition consists of multiple categories ranging from custom contracted new home; custom speculative new home;
and renovation of existing home. This year we have added three new categories, Outdoor Living; Green Building; and Community Amenities.  Judging for this highly coveted competition consists of a panel of business and industry leaders who judge the entries by reviewing and considering design and construction challenges and accomplishments.
